Are you longing for change?
If you are struggling to find time for the things that are important to you, you’ll stay stuck and frustrated.
You sometimes feel guilty about wanting to focus on yourself and stay yearning for that sense of purpose and achievement.
You don’t feel you have the confidence to take that leap into the unknown.
Your goal to start a new business or take time for your physical and emotional wellbeing constantly gets pushed down the list of things to do.
Maybe you have read books around finding balance, self-compassion or leadership that have inspired you, but they haven’t addressed your own issues and you’ve become despondent.
Online searches around burnout or stress have taken you to YouTube videos that resonate but don’t dig down into your individual needs.
You might have worked with a coach in the past and focussed primarily on goals and the ‘doing’ side of things but there was less focus on your values and the ‘being’ side of things which is where the real change happens. Friends and family love you and want the very best for you, which can often mean they have an agenda for you.
They want you to succeed and have a sense of what you should or shouldn’t be doing in order to get there.
None of these things seem to be giving you the clarity you want and you continue to feel overwhelmed, harassed and resentful.
What is needed is a safe and non-judgemental container where you can offload and focus purely on yourself.
Working in this 1-to-1 setting will give you clarity on the areas of your life you want to make changes in.
Through coaching we will work out how you want to use your time and energy, dig up your passions and uncover the skills you have been waiting to use.

How it works
We start with a 45 minute call to find out if coaching is what you are wanting.
If we decide we are a good fit and coaching is right for you we will jump into a 3 month engagement. This will look like two sessions a month for the duration of those three months. It costs £720 in total.
If we decide that you would like to do more work together and the journey requires more energy and effort, we might consider a 6 month engagement.
This is flexible and tailored to your needs.
Initial 45-minute conversation (free of charge)
3 month package (six 1-hour sessions) £720.
The package can be broken down into monthly payments of £240 if preferable.
I have a limited number of spaces available at a discounted rate for those experiencing financial hardship. Please feel free to ask me about this during our initial session.
What will we cover?
Step 1: Create the space
We start with a ‘discovery session’ which is a deep dive into who you are, your current situation, your hopes and fears and the areas that might be holding you back ( in a safe and non-judgemental space). We get clarity on your key focus areas and design how our working relationship can support you in achieving your goals.
Step 2: Discover what matters
What really matters to you in your life? What is missing for you? What old stories are you carrying around that no longer serve you? Become more conscious of your mindset and how you sabotage yourself. We focus on your values and how present they are in your life.
Step 3: Choose your story
What is becoming available to you as you learn more about your wants and needs? As you open up, what else is possible from here? You get to choose the story of your life from today moving forwards. We will explore where you are now and what you are wanting to move towards.
Step 4: Goals and challenge
Inspiring thoughts are great but action is needed for momentum. What does challenge look like for you? We start defining the steps to move you towards your chosen goals and set up accountability that will keep you on track.
Step 5: What else?
Sometimes it can take until now to let your guard down and be more vulnerable, which is normal. It might be that you uncover other areas you want to process or let go of that influence your your journey ahead.
Step 6: Debrief and completion
You may now feel you have the tools you need to complete the arc of coaching. We acknowledge important learnings from our sessions together, what else might be needed for you and pin down what is next. The door is always open to return to coaching or have a check in call to support you in staying on track.
Why me?
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Following my coach training I went on to complete the CTI leadership programme.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and hold their accreditation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have also completed ICF-accredited training in Coaching at End of Life (CEOL).
My passion is working with women going through challenging life transitions and to support them in finding clarity.
